Marketing & Videos Officer - Paid Internship 6 months from March 2023 (F/M)

As a Marketing & Video Manager (F/M) and in accordance with a given Artistic Direction, your main missions will be:

• The management of contests (contact with partner brands, production of videos and visuals)
• The production of videos to highlight products (plan trips to our customers throughout France)
• The relationship with influencers (from the first contact, to partnership instructions, to the rendering of communications),
• The organization of a shoot with our clients,
• Instagram story management
• Pinterest management
• Writing and layout of newsletters and other social media content (paid & organic),
• The layout of our lookbook & photo retouching
• Participation in other ancillary missions related to the life of a start-up such as the processing of emergency orders.

To fill this position you will need:

• To have excellent interpersonal, oral and writing skills,
• To show curiosity, autonomy, rigor but also flexibility in your work to adapt to the rapid changes of a start-up,
• To have real competence in the use of social networks and the creation of content,
• To master one or more design tools (Canva & capcut at least, mastery of Adobe suite software such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe premiere is a plus!),
• To express your creativity and your good mood on a daily basis!

• You have a baccalaureate + 3 minimum in a business school, digital, web design or visual communication,
• You are invested and you have at heart the digital development of the Posidonia brand,
• You have a first successful professional or personal experience in the creation of video content (send us your creations!),
• You like and follow the fashion, wellness and lifestyle press (printed and digital) to spot trends and get inspired,
• You're not afraid to get your hands dirty and multitask!

• Driving license or other personal transportation is essential in the south

Assistant E-commerce & Customer care - Internship from April 2023 (F H)

As a logistics assistant (F/M), you will be responsible for the brand's e-commerce excellence:

• The processing and packaging of orders,
• Optimization of logistics flows,
• Handling customer questions and complaints,
• The restocking of logistics supplies from our suppliers
• The processing of product returns,
• Inventory management

To fill this position you will need:

• To show autonomy, organization, rigor but also flexibility in your work to adapt quickly to the requirements of e-commerce,
• To have an excellent relationship and to communicate your good mood!

What we are looking for:

• You are invested and you have the satisfaction of Posidonia's customers at heart,
• You have a first successful experience in the field of e-commerce and customer service,
• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and multitask,
• You want to learn and you are super motivated.
