Shipping and returns
Delivery Services
You can, of course, return your swimsuit for a refund only, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are at your expense via Mondial Relay or Colissimo.
We only ask that the swimsuit be returned in its original packaging and condition with the pouch.
If the swimsuit is returned unclean, stained, damaged, or if the hygienic protection tag has been detached, it will be considered ineligible for return. We will send it back to you, and you will be charged for delivery.
Please note: discounted products are not refunded but can only be returned for store credit.
Returns from Metropolitan France
To obtain return instructions, please write to contact@posidonie.io, indicating your order number and specifying the items you wish to return. The return address will then be communicated to you.
When you return the package, indicate your order number and email address on a separate piece of paper placed inside the package.
Returns from anywhere else

We will provide you with the address to ship your swimsuit.
FAQ
In case of undelivered item
First, please check the tracking of your package via the link provided in your order confirmation email. If it indicates "delivered" but you have not received it in your mailbox, we invite you to contact the service provider for more details (e.g., delivered to a neighbor). If the service provider confirms it was indeed deposited in your mailbox, there is nothing further we can do. A theft from a mailbox is equivalent to a theft from your property.
Responsibility for and shipping of your return package
Your return package remains your responsibility until we receive it. In case of loss or any other problem occurring during the transit of your return package, we invite you to contact the carrier. Feel free to inform us via contact@posidonie.io
We will not be able to confirm the return of your items until your package has reached us. We recommend keeping proof of postage for your package until it is processed.
Refund
As soon as your package has been processed and verified, you will receive a notification informing you that we have processed the refund. Please note that your bank may take time to process payment receipts and it can take up to 15 days.
